Responsible for supporting and communication of PMC (Product Manufacturing Co.) and WASI (Wichita Aerospace Spares) quality standards and guidelines. This position reports to the VP of Quality and is responsible for the accuracy and quality of products and documentation shipping from the PMC and WASI facilities, and must be a leader in the development and implementation of world-class quality systems and standards by performing the following duties.

This hands-on leadership role combines advanced technical expertise in sheet metal, riveting, and structural assembly with strong communication and organizational skills to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence on the shop floor.

Responsible for and has experience with basic sheet metal, riveting, assembly methods, and common shop practices. Quality Inspector performs various receiving inspections, in-process inspections, verification of completed paperwork, identifying non-conformance issues, final product inspection and checking dimensions of production detail parts and assemblies using hand tools such as calipers, scales, micrometers, and height gauge as well as operating CMM.
