Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance. Provides consultation, training, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving to employees. The position ensures the effective operation of all systems; installs and configures systems; recommends hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades.
This is a dynamic role that combines essential IT functions with crucial support for our facility and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong foundation in IT, but also a willingness to assist with other departmental needs as they arise. This role is a key part of our small, cross-functional team, and your ability to adapt and contribute beyond traditional IT duties is essential for success.
