The Assembly Technician is responsible for leading daily assembly operations, including directing team members, training technicians, and ensuring high-quality production of assemblies, sub-assemblies, and aircraft components. This hands-on leadership role combines advanced technical expertise in sheet metal, riveting, and structural assembly with strong communication and organizational skills to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence on the shop floor.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
